Weight Training - Beginning Strength

These are the exercises that our swimmers are using in their first phase of strength training.

Warm-up - Rowing

Hang Clean - modified - we are not catching the bar...yet.

Squat

Pull Up

Push Press - we use dumb bells

Cable Row - we use externally rotated, palm-up grip
