Session Three - Hard Yards

Great session this afternoon! We were so close to finishing when the lightning alarm went off. The coaches were very pleased with how swimmers took on the challenge of a 4800m set. Another tough set planned tomorrow morning if air quality is okay. Thanks for making the effort this morning to be on time. It does make a difference to the tone of the session, when we get started together.
