Training Cycle 2 - Update

As we begin the second cycle of our year on Monday morning, swimmers can expect more to be asked of them. They should expect sets to be done at greater pace, with technique to be held, and skills to be done well under fatigue.
We have spent an entire cycle talking with swimmers about their turns, their technique and encouraging maximum attendance. Now we have more racing coming up, we would hope to see an marked improvement in race situations - we'll see how much responsibility has been taken by swimmers to take on their coaches' input. Obviously more is expected of older swimmers in this case, but we encourage our young swimmers to put advice from coaches into practice and seek feedback when they make changes...no one is beyond improvement!

We will notify swimmers of their selection for the Duel Meet with SAS - Friday Nov. 7, on Wednesday morning.
We have also been invited to an IASAS meet this coming month - some of the same swimmers will attend.
Swimmers selected for High School ACSIS will also be notified this week. We take the fastest swimmers that we can take, based on the entry limits for that meet.

The Santa Claus meet is also coming up - sign-ups for that close on TODAY.

Coming up will be information on:

  • Christmas Camp sign-ups
  • SEASAC Camp during CNY
  • ISB (Bangkok) Splash meet sign-up
  • ACSIS Primary and Middle School teams
