Tuesday Morning - The Hard Yards

Today's focus was kick and kicking fast after a hard swim. This overloads the legs and will condition the swimmer for hard finishes to races.
The after-swim talk covered an introduction to race planning and training etiquette. Much attention is needed to training etiquette: When it is appropriate to use the toilet, get water, or stretch. Also swimming with others in a lane is much like driving a car with others on the road. Right now, it is a bit like the roads in Taiwan!
