Weight Training - Senior Gold +

This message is for the swimmers that usually join us for weight training on Wednesday mornings:


We will split you into two groups from now on. 

All swimmers that are 13 and under will swim first - please bring your land gear though!!! Meet at the pool at 5:30am

If you are 14 and over, please come dressed to lift - you will swim second - meet in the Fitness Centre at 5:30am

We will spend 50 minutes on each activity with a change-over time of 10 minutes.
