Dear Parents

As of 12.00 noon today the 24hr haze reading is over 100. As such the College policy (detailed below) is that we will need to cancel all Aquatics activities (accept for lifesaving - for which we can do theory sessions)

Options for parents are:

1.  Come and collect your child at 2:00pm from the activity collection area outside the K1 pod.

2. If your child is a bus user we can put him/her on the 2:00pm bus long as you ring the Infant Office (64199323)  before 1:30pm or email Margaret or Melissa before 1:30pm - please do not e mail the class teacher.

3. We will supervise your child until the usual activity pick up time at 3:00pm if you are not able to collect him/her earlier or if he/she is not a bus user.

Regards
