There is a Saturday practice this week.
Coaches Peter, Monica and Alex will be at the Santa Claus Meet - I will be at the pool for regularly scheduled practice.
Saturday practices are one of the most important for us; there is already 24 hours between the Friday morning swim, and Saturday...if a swimmer doesn't attend on Saturday, there is essentially three days without training - this is too long.
