This says it all about this afternoon!
This morning's session was a set of 100m repeats: 30 for freestylers, 28 for backstrokers and 24 for flyers and breaststrokers. We followed this with a set of pull that hit the arms and shoulders hard. It was exciting to watch so many in the water doing a hard workout well! Love it!
Tomorrow: some onland/in water combinations in the morning and a swim/stretch session followed by some relaxation in the afternoon.
