Outstanding swims at the National Time Trials

Dover Phoenix swimmers have had an outstanding weekend at the OCBC Aquatic Center. After what has been "hell-week" - an intense, high volume week; expectations of fast swims were low from Alex and I. Most swims produced PBs and most PBs were sizable! Not just a few tenths of a second but MANY seconds. Well done.




This is very exciting leading into SEASAC with another tough week ahead before we look to tune up before the conference finals, the swimmers should be very confident that they have prepared well.
