Today we introduced a short flexibility sequence to our 3:00pm groups that we will ask them to complete each day before they swim. Over time, we will add some more strength activities.
Valerie Faneco came up with some different programs for our swimmers, and this is a segment of a full 30-40 minute workout. It includes a focus on breathing, and obviously stretching while warming the muscles up. You can try this at home too. Please ask your kids to walk you through the exercises!
