As we will begin using our new training-group criteria next year, we will assess all of the swimmers over next week (Tuesday- Friday) to ensure that everyone has had a chance to test themselves. We will then record the results and publish the squad lists the following week.Squads will not be made using the USS Time standards as yet - these are training groups and for now, we will use the training sets as criteria.
The reason for grouping based on training sets is so that our swimmers compete against each other each day, next to others of a similar ability - in training.
As time goes on, we will look to use the race times also, but not to begin with. Please do take a look at the time standards to see where you stand, and what your goal should be to reach the next standard.
