Workout #2 for Wednesday 24 June

Warm-up
6x Sit down and stand up without using your hands
20x knee tucks (from pushup position-->hands don't move, jump feet forward so they land between the hands.
2mins of jumping jacks or skipping (rope)


Technique:
Burpee

Workout for time
Burpee Ladder:
1 burpee followed by a 100m run (50m out/50m back)
2 burpees followed by 100m run (50m out/50m back) and so on up to 10 burpees... then back down again.(1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1)
Total burpees=100
Total running=1900m
