Workout # 13 - Monday July 20

I enjoyed this one last time - good luck

Chipper - which means that you chip away at it until you are done

Warm-up with some jogging - 5mins, leg swings - across, and in front of your body,  bear crawl forward and backward 15m each, and if you have s skipping rope, 60 skips.

You will need to run several times, so get on google earth and try to come up with a reasonably accurate 400m circuit...that you will run twice each run...

75 Pushups
800m run
75 Burpees
800m run
100 Sit ups
800m run
150 Air Squats
800m run
