Warm-up...work on your skipping, and try a handstand against the wall, keeping your shoulders pulled up against your ears.
Workout - As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:

mountain climbers
10 tuck jumps
16 spiderman pushups
20 sit ups
20 squat jumps into a streamline
