I'm pleased to introduce our new coach, Gordon Glasgow.Gordon has had a very successful coaching career in swimming, most recently heading the High Performance Centre in Aberdeen, Scotland. He has also overseen the programs at the Eastern and Western Scottish Sports Institutes and has worked with Scotland's two top club programs.
Gordon will focus his attention primarily on our development squads, with an emphasis on implementing skill focused progressions into the program.
Gordon has been working with Singapore Swimming for the three and a half months that he has been in Singapore - for something to do. He will also continue with some consultancy work with SSA, hopefully giving some solid direction to the national program.
I'm excited to have Gordon on-board, he'll be great for our kids, and will also be a good resource for our coaching staff!
