No Practice Today - BUT TRY THIS WORKOUT AT HOME!

No Practice this morning
The PSI has been steadily climbing since 8:00pm and is now 169
If you have space inside, and your family don't mind the noise, try this:

Workout - 20mins
As many rounds as possible (AMRAP) 
One round =
20 Air Squats
10 Push-ups
20 Situps

Set a timer for 20 minutes
Count rounds completed, plus the number of reps completed on the last round - record your total here


At some point you will need to switch to a modified push-up...make sure you still use proper technique...
