Happy New Year!

Fireworks are ready to go off here in NZ...and here is the year's first workout:

You will need to run several times, so get on google earth and try to come up with a reasonably accurate 400m circuit...that you will run twice each run...


The workout for time:

75 Pushups
800m run
75 Burpees
800m run
100 Sit ups
800m run
150 Air Squats
800m run
