Xmas Workout #1


The first week of non-swimming in the holiday has begun, so here is Xmas Workout #1.

Also challenge yourself to stay away from bread, rice and processed sugar on at least a few days a week during this holiday.
Mark out 15 large steps from your start position...this will be close to 12.5m.
Run out and back twice each time.
