Lets have everyone ready to start warm-up at 3:30pm and we will begin racing at 4:20-4:30pm.
We will go short course for this meet, but are challenging swimmers to some longer events as we have tons of people with times for 50m events only!
We will do a check-in at 4:00pm and if there are tons of people missing, will re-seed. Attached is a program, and entries by name.

The session in the morning will be more active recovery and skills practice - taking the morning off WILL NOT help!
