Today two emails were sent - the second one has probably gone to dad! For some reason the system chose dad as the recipient of that email. Please have him check his email and have who ever is going to use this the most, change their information as the main contact. If this is dad, great!
Please also check all of your information and update cell phone numbers for you and your kids. This system is very powerful and allows us to SMS or email very easily. We hope to leverage this as needed but if the information is not there, we won't be able to use the system as it is designed to be used.
From the Singapore National Age Groups onwards, we will use this system to take entries also. This is a very simple process - click - done
You can ignore the billing information - we will not be changing our billing system from the school's CIMS.
Please make use of the tutorials on in the "HELP" section...there isn't much that you can't find in that section.
Please also make use of the OnDeck app. This gives parents some great tools to track their kids!
