As of writing, 58 swimmers have signed up for Club Champs. DISAPPOINTING!
There are 35 swimmers in Alex's Senior squad alone...please make the effort to sign up for this event. We moved everyone from SwimFit to Senior Squad with the caveat that we see more racing - now is that time!
Coach Kris and Coach Sarah will be joining us at club champs. So that everyone has a chance to meet them both, we will have a BBQ immediately following. This should give the swimmers and parents a chance to say hi and get to know the new team.
There will be times during the week (9-12) when they will be on-deck, but as these will be practices, less time to have a meet and greet will be available then.

Meet Information
- Age groups (in years of age at the date of the meet) 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8/U
- The meet will be short course.
- Each swimmer will be allowed to swim an Individual Medley and three other strokes - a limit of four events.
- 200m and 400m events will not score points toward the Age Championship Trophy

Events for swimmers aged 13 & 14 Years

- 13 years and 14 years swimmers will swim 100m (three of four strokes) and a 200m IM
- 12yrs and under will swim 50m (three of four strokes) and a 100m IM
- Points are scored as follows 20, 18, 17, 16, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
Age group champions will keep their trophy for a year and have their name engraved into its base - it will then be passed on the following year to the new champion
