Hi everyone
As 3 of the aquatics department coaches will be going to KL this weekend for the Junior SEASAC swimming competition, training on Friday will follow a slightly different format to normal.
Although 20 swimmers will also be away for the competition, the session on Friday afternoon will be busier than normal for coaches. With this in mind, the remaining coaches will run the session as more of a racing set-up. The Junior Seals squads will be largely unaffected by the missing coaches, however Junior Comp, Senior Comp and NAG will likely train in a combined racing session.
There will be NO Friday morning session for NAG this week.
Saturday will be as normal (with Coach Monica taking Senior Comp & NAG, and Coach Joanna taking Junior Comp).
