The Santa Claus Swim Meet is this weekend. We hope you are looking forward to a great meet.
Please find attached the Meet Program for the meet. Please note that we will be using Meet Mobile throughout the meet as well. We will not be selling programs for parents and spectators. Programs will be provided for coaches.
Please also note the following:
- Warm up commences at 7am.
- Please ensure payment is made in the Middle School Athletics Office prior to 7am, if you have not paid already.
- We will be having a parade of teams before the meet. This will commence at 8am. Teams should be lined up in the hallway and ready to go by 7.55am.
- Meet results will be posted downstairs, on the wall outside the pool office.
- Please make sure that one coach is in the marshalling area for all relay events, to assist our volunteers with marshalling the relay teams.
- Food will be sold throughout the day in the High School Cafeteria, which is located in front of the Athletics track.
- There will be no specific lunch break.
