Workout #6 - Friday July 3

Hope you tried the chipper on Wednesday (#5) - if not, give it a shot this weekend - you'll need to set aside some time though; it isn't a 15-20 minute workout.

Tony did this workout last week and said it was tough...Death by Burpees with a twist:
Every minute, on the minute...
1 Burpee + 20 m shuttle (10m out + 10m back) - take the first few easy!
2 Burpees + 20 m shuttle (10m out + 10m back)
3 Burpees + 20 m shuttle (10m out + 10m back)...


and so on until you can't make it back to start your next set before the minute is up.

Keep doing the number that you achieved until you get to 15mins. i.e: if you don't finish the 9th minute's run, keep doing 8 burpees and the run, until 15 mins is up.

When doing burpees, take note of the hand release (in the video)before the feet land - this should be your goal. It is a jump to squat.
It is a little bit harder on your core but makes the action faster and we are all about getting a strong core!.
