Workout #8 - Wednesday July 8

Warm-up: 
Skipping 60 + try some double unders.
Also try a handstand against the wall - the goal is to hold a strong position for 60 seconds

Workout: As many rounds as possible in 20 mins
10 Burpees with a double knee-tuck - drop into a plank, knee-tuck, plank, knee-tuck, squat and jump
40 walking lunges
20 sit-ups
10 squat jumps
400m run
