As you may remember, Valerie Faneco designed some short routines for us last year. As I have just mentioned in the last workout post that flexibility is important, I thought this recovery sequence would be useful. It is important to remember that there is some effort needed to perform yoga movements properly - these poses below are easier than most and designed to help with recovery, but not designed as recovery, so some poses will make you tired or a little uncomfortable. I'm looking forward to having Valerie work with the swimmers directly this year!
