Obviously, the cat is out of the bag; I'll be moving on from Dover in June. My intention was to share the news in person, but have missed that opportunity.Please know that my decision was in favour of being closer to my kids seeing that swimming hours don't afford "normal" time together.
WE are not done yet and have much to achieve together, and you have much to achieve well after I am gone.
I've received some very nice emails tonight - this makes the departure even tougher than it already is/ will be. UWC Dover is a special place and the Phoenix is a special team - not because of me, but because of the swimmers. I have been and still am just helping you on your journey. I'm looking forward to doing so for four more months which includes quite a few meets and a couple of camps.
Nothing changes - we keep being better today than we were yesterday, and we make each other better by doing so.
