Workout #11 - Wednesday July 15

Summer Workout #11

Start with skipping: 2 x 60 skips + 5 double-unders

The workout for time:
400 m run
24 Air-squats
12 Push-ups

Last time I did this and four rounds was a bit easy, so take your time at four rounds, and then do one more!

Try using google earth to measure your run distance.
