This is one round:
10 air squats with arms in streamline position
20m sprint - 10m shuttle run, out and back FAST!
10 Jack-knives - hands and feet must leave the ground together, and finish together
40m sprint - 10m shuttle run, out and back x2 FAST!
20 Jumping lunges (alternating legs after each lunge-jump)
60m sprint - 10m shuttle run, out and back x3 FAST!

Only a few weeks left now and we will be back in the pool - a little effort now will make the transition back into training much easier. Pleas remember that your shoulder and hip flexibility are important, so have a stretch everyday.
