
- We will 'run' as normal on Tuesday.
- Probably not a huge chance of swimming, once again, although the PSI is dropping. Be prepared for both.
- We will split into training groups for the morning:
- HP and the senior group in the weight room
- Nat. Age/Senior/D/Junior squads in the MPR.
- Nat. Age/Senior/D/Junior squads in the MPR can stop by the cave to grab a mat and a jump rope.
Please bring a towel and a water bottle, along with your swim & land gear.
