It isn't until you look at the report below that the improvement is quite so startling.
All times listed are improvements. All swum after either 3 weeks off at camp, or three very hard weeks - either way, the HS ACSIS meet was a good one for the Phoenix. We'll do it again this coming weekend at our meet!
