The 12 Days of Christmas Workout

This week the HP, Nat. Age, and Senior Squad swimmers will celebrate our last group WOD with Tony for this year with the 2nd Annual 12 Days of Christmas Workout - Tuesday at 5:30am.

Due to the nature of this workout - we can't have anyone joining us for the first time. Water and workout attire, along with being on time are also a pre-requisite. 

Lyrics:
On the 1st day of Christmas Tony gave to me, a 200m run.
On the 2nd day of Christmas Tony gave to me,  a 200m run and a 20m Bear Crawl.
On the 3rd day of Christmas Tony gave to me,  a 200m run, a 20m Bear Crawl and 30 double-unders (or 100 skips).
On the 4th day of Christmas Tony gave to me,  a 200m run, a 20m Bear Crawl, 30 double-unders (or 100 skips) and 4 tuck jumps.
On the 5th day of Christmas Tony gave to me,  a 200m run, a 20m Bear Crawl, 30 double-unders (or 100 skips), 4 tuck jumps, and 5 jumping lunges (each leg).
On the 6th day of Christmas Tony gave to me,  a 200m run, a 20m Bear Crawl, 30 double-unders (or 100 skips), 4 tuck jumps, 5 jumping lunges (each leg), and 6 burpees.
On the 7th day of Christmas Tony gave to me,  a 200m run, a 20m Bear Crawl, 30 double-unders (or 100 skips), 4 tuck jumps, 5 jumping lunges (each leg), 6 burpees, and 7 V-ups.
On the 8th day of Christmas Tony gave to me,  a 200m run, a 20m Bear Crawl, 30 double-unders (or 100 skips), 4 tuck jumps, 5 jumping lunges (each leg), 6 burpees, 7 V-ups, and 8 push-ups.
On the 9th day of Christmas Tony gave to me,  a 200m run, a 20m Bear Crawl, 30 double-unders (or 100 skips), 4 tuck jumps, 5 jumping lunges (each leg), 6 burpees, 7 V-ups, 8 push-ups, and 9 air squats.
On the 10th day of Christmas Tony gave to me,  a 200m run, a 20m Bear Crawl, 30 double-unders (or 100 skips), 4 tuck jumps, 5 jumping lunges (each leg), 6 burpees, 7 V-ups, 8 push-ups, 9 air squats, and 10 Russian twists (each side).
On the 11th day of Christmas Tony gave to me,  a 200m run, a 20m Bear Crawl, 30 double-unders (or 100 skips), 4 tuck jumps, 5 jumping lunges (each leg), 6 burpees, 7 V-ups, 8 push-ups, 9 air squats, 10 Russian twists (each side), and 11 box jumps.
On the 12th day of Christmas Tony gave to me,  a 200m run, a 20m Bear Crawl, 30 double-unders (or 100 skips), 4 tuck jumps, 5 jumping lunges (each leg), 6 burpees, 7 V-ups, 8 push-ups, 9 air squats, 10 Russian twists (each side), 11 box jumps, and 12 x 25m butterfly (on 45).

Prior to doing this (I may not feel the same on Tuesday), I'd like to once again thank Tony who takes these two weekly sessions on a voluntary basis, for his contribution to the team. He has become an important component of our team and in our team culture. THANK YOU!
