Middle School ACSIS

Great job on Saturday for those involved in the Middle School ACSIS event at Nexus!

The girls and boys teams both finished 2nd overall.

There was quite a noticeable difference in skills around the walls (starts, turns, streamlining, underwater and breakouts) between those who are focused in training and those who use turns as a recovery.

Coach Monica has been very strict on this in training recently, and it made a huge difference to Senior Squad swimmers.

Don't be surprised if other squads see this level of strictness being implemented too ;)

Medals can be collected from the aquatics office
