The majority of students and visitors at UWCSEA Dover are incredibly moral individuals, and would never wish harm on their fellow students. However, there has recently been a series of thefts and acts of vandalism taking place in the female changing rooms opposite the aquatics office.
This has caused enormous distress to the victims, and unfortunately, due to the location of the changing rooms, can't be policed in a way to guarantee this doesn't happen again.
The security department will be doing their utmost to find the culprits and to minimise future risk, however due to the location of the incidents, and in the interest of child protection, there is no way to monitor via CCTV, or for staff to enter the changing rooms during these times.
PLEASE remember to ALWAYS take your belongings on to poolside, where aquatics staff can help keep them safe.
