Please aim to arrive around 1hr 45 before your first race and let me know that you have arrived. I won't be withdrawing anyone unless I'm told in advance, and 'NO SHOWS' will result in a $100 fine. From this point, withdrawals will result in a $25 fine, unless a valid medical note is produced.
Due to exams and the fact that most of the meet falls during the school week, I have withdrawn our relay teams from this meet. Hopefully timing will be better next year.
It is quite difficult to judge likelihood of finals, as the heats are seeded as open age group, but finals split as per the post a few days ago (super final, A final, B final). To add confusion, only 2 foreigners are allowed in the super final, 3 in the A final and 3 in the B final (Phoenix swimmers are all deemed 'local' for SSA meets). There are a number of teams from outside Singapore competing, meaning that swimmers may seem to be ranked outside a finals spot, but in reality will make finals. There will be 3 'local' reserves and 1 'foreign' reserve for each final. All reserves must come to the finals session, or withdraw as a reserve. Please do not leave the pool after heat swims until you are certain that you have a final or not. Withdrawals from finals must be done within 30 minutes of completion of the specific event.
