May Madness - Day 2

Another great day for UWC Phoenix at SAS for the May Madness swim meet.

Over half the of swims were faster than Level 2 QTs. This means that swimmers technically swam too fast for the Level 1 meet. This is a great sign of the progression made, and also demonstrates the importance of racing. There is a limit to how well race specific skills can be replicated in training, and it's often the case that swimmers improve their times based purely on learning how to race more effectively.
