Please see the Google Folder (or SSA website) for the Start Sheets for the Senior SNAGS this week.
You will notice that the heats sessions are long!
This means that you may want to be sensible with your arrival time (minimum should be 1hr 45 before race time).
If there are any further withdrawals, please let myself and Coach Rudy know at the earliest possible time (to avoid bigger fines).
