This Saturday our Gold squad will take on the SAS Eagles in a Duel Meet that will give both teams some racing in preparation for their respective conference championships.
We've had a tough week - for those who have attended regularly, we have done some very hard speed endurance work in the afternoons following land training and had a big AMRAP (as many reps as possible) workout yesterday, leaving everyone a bit sore! The benefit will come when you get to race without fatigue!
Team members should be at SAS at 6:45am
Meet starts at 8:00am and should take approximately two hours.
The psych sheet has a few errors for the relays, but otherwise we should be good to go.
Please make sure caps are prepared (new blue ones). This would be a good opportunity to try out two caps if you'd like to do that.
